Bible Study Groups

There are various Bible Study Groups Available. More details on the other groups available are coming soon.

House Group

We meet fortnightly on a Tuesday at Collins Rd, at 1930 hours from the 16th October onwards. At the moment we are studying Max Lucado's book, In The Grip of Grace'.

Men's Bible Study Group

The men’s Bible Study Group meets fortnightly on a Thursday, rotating round the homes of the members. This year we have been studying characters of the bible through the media of film and this current series of studies concludes with our next meeting looking at the story of St. John, the last surviving apostle of Christ, through the film ‘Apocalypsis Revelation’. Thereafter we plan to start a new series of studies (to be announced).

The Men's Bible Study Group has broken up for a summer recess and will return in September.


Amity Bible Study Group

Amity Bible Study Group meets fortnightly in term time on a Tuesday evening at 7.30. The venue varies, but always meeting in one of the member's homes. We have used various materials in the past, but are currently working through a guide from the "Lifebuilders " series called "God's Comfort".

Initially the group was set up as a follow on from the first Alpha course. There are nine women in the group at the moment from different churches in the town. Over the years as well as growing in our knowledge of the Lord we have been a great support for one another through good times and bad. If you are interested in joining we would be delighted to see you.

Ladies Monday Night Bible Study Group

The Ladies Monday Night Bible study is the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from September until April in the Park Church lounge. The contact for these studies is Anne Speed she can be reached via the contact us form available on the left hand menu, she'll would be more than happy to advise what goes on.
